What’s Covered

• Workmanship for 90 days, no questions asked. If a window was set out of true, a door binds, or a seal fails because of how we installed it, we return and fix it at no charge.
• Both manufacturer warranty layers, registered in writing. Before our techs leave your Coral Gables property, every warranty is registered with the manufacturer and you get a copy stating the durations, terms, and what’s covered.
• Parts and materials handled start to finish. If a sash arrives with a defect, a handle strips, or a pane shows a stress crack, we work the manufacturer claim on your behalf. You don’t chase warranty departments.
• Cleanup is part of the job. We haul old windows, doors, packaging, and fasteners. Your yard, lanai, and interior floors are left the way we found them when we arrived.
